Congrats to Greg Faherty, Luke O'Donnell, Jonathan Curran & Dave Prior on making the squad for this seasons Connacht Juniors. The squad is also managed by our very own Mick Turley.

13/04/08 OLBC progress to semi final of Ard na Cregg Cup. On Saturday evening last, Boys club took on and beat Monivea 17 points to 10 to go through to the semi final of the Ard na Cregg Cup where they will face city rivals Corinthians |
06/04/08 OLBC through to next round of Ard na Cregg Cup. Club beat Loughrea 24 -10 at the Sportsgrounds to make it through to the second round. We take on Monivea next Saturday 12th for a place in the Semi Finals. |

30/03/08 OLBC Mini Rugby took on Barna RFC last saturday in the 1st leg of the OLBC Mini Rugby Challenge Cup. It was a strongly contested encounter with some lovely rugby skills. Barna just edged ahead to win the first game, setting up an eagerly anticipated 2nd deciding leg in two weeks time at the sportsgrounds. OLBC have made 3 changes from last weeks postponed game against Ballina for the visit of Corrib.....
OLBC 2XV also play a re-fixed game this Sunday when they host newcomers to the League in the form of West Offaly Lions..This is the first ever fixture for the midlands side in Galway and the match kicks off at 2.30pm in The Westside. Best of luck to both teams this weekend.

Junior League Division 1A
Boys Club, fresh from their opening day league rout of Tuam, face a Corinthians side who were narrowly beaten by Sligo in Strandhill last weekend and will be keen to put points on the board. Club go into the game in Cloonacauneen with a number of changes from the Tuam game because of injury and unavailabilty.

Junior League Division 1A
OLBC kicked off their 1st game of the season with an emphatic victory against opponents Tuam in junior league division 1A. In a 39-3 win, club drove home 6 tries earning them a bonus point.

Fresh from victory against Sligo to place them in the Connacht District League Final, OLBC take on their first oponents of the 07/08 season in Junior League Division 1A. Tuam travel to the sportsgrounds this Sunday Oct. 21st to face the in-form side.
