Our lady's Boy's Club run a full mini rugby programme for boys and girls for ages 6-12.

The 2008/2009 season was very succesful one. There were two outings to the sportsgrounds where we played at the half time intervals of the Connacht v Scarlets and Connacht v Dragons matches. There were several tournaments against neighbouring clubs and we finished off the season by playing Barna Rugby in the Paddy Beatty Cup and brought home the cup!

The Teams are managed and coached by Andrew Smith and Noel Crowley. Both gentlemen have been involved in rugby for years and their love for the game makes it a fun experience for the youngsters. This year we also have a female coache - Debbie Charleton, as well as some of the parents helping out on a weekly basis.

Membership costs only 20 Euro and the children can enjoy many benefits from this including skilled and qualified coaches, opportunities to be OLBC mascot and ballboys/girls for all OLBC home matches as well as mini tounaments and excursions to challenge games.

Training takes place every Saturday 10am-11am at Laurel Park Pitch, Siobhan McKenna Road, Westside where all levels especially beginners are welcome.
